Cost

The Introductory Session:
This lasts one to one-and-a-half hours and costs £40.00.
This session is necessary for me to learn about the individual needs and problems of the pupil and for the pupil to assess whether the Alexander Technique is for them.

Subsequent Lessons:
These are £24 for a forty minute lesson.

Second (and subsequent) lessons taken in the same [Monday-Saturday] week as a lesson charged at £24 will only be charged at £20.

Concessions can be considered in genuine cases of hardship.

I also offer a 10% discount for lessons paid for in blocks of ten or more at a time.

The lessons take place in my practice in Pentre-cwrt, Llandysul or The Carmarthen Natural Medecine Centre (above Aardvark, Mansel Street), Carmarthen on Thursday mornings.
